Rob oversees the largest proportion of workforce at Axiom, striving for exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. 5s and 6 Sigma trained, Rob is highly experienced using manufacturing methods including Axial and Radial technology, SMT, Xray inspection, DEK printing, AOI, and selective and wave soldering. Through effective communication and continuous learning, he maintains steady revenue streams and high delivery standards. Powering Axiom from the very beginning, Rob shares his knowledge of electronics and Axiom’s history through factory tour facilitation and the apprenticeship scheme he co-created in 2012.
